WHAT JIM DOES…

During his time off!

Jim was recently forced to take a week off…and we had a STAYCATION!

Finally, Jim gets to see all the great things I have been showing our visiting guests!

Like the Oceanographic Center!

From Jim’s Vacation!

Feeding the Stingrays!

From Jim’s Vacation!

Or being one!

Then there is the Starfish!

In his hand!

From Jim’s Vacation!

And the Turk the Turtle showed up!

From Jim’s Vacation!

He wants to get over the wall the seaweed bed!

From Jim’s Vacation!

We got lots of sunsets!

From Jim’s Vacation!

And even a sunrise!

From Jim’s Vacation!

And let me not forget the Blue Moon!

From Jim’s Vacation!

We happen to like this day after the Blue Moon Orange Moon better!

From Jim’s Vacation!

Jim finally got acquainted with our natural neighbors!

Slimy, the Backyard Snack!

From Jim’s Vacation!

Ole’ Blue, always knocking at back door!

From Jim’s Vacation!

And Skippy, The Squirrel, waiting for his nuts!

Jim got one with nature!

From Kayak Adventure!

Such a nice time!

From Kayak Adventure!

My laid back Cali Man!

From Kayak Adventure!

One of our favorite things to do together…discover hidden places!

From Arcadia Camper Cemetery & a bit of Sarasota

Even Cemeteries…the older the better!

From Arcadia Camper Cemetery & a bit of Sarasota

With big trees with…

And Lots of Moss!

But beware…wasps hang out in moss!

Ouch!

Although we did not see any in Sarasota…

We were warned!

And Friday nights in Sarasota just got more fun!

And his favorite time off activity these day!

From Jim’s Vacation!

Fishing!

So far he has caught, a funky eel looking fish which did taste good, lots of catfish, some bait in his net, a 3 foot long hammerhead shark (Oh, yes, he did), the big one that got away, and whatever fish is for dinner tonight…I mean…a Spanish Mackerel!  Oh my gosh…that fish was good!

Also involved in Jim’s time off was and is thrifting, antiquing and auctioning (he is getting really good at it)! And he likes fests, feasts, festivals, fairs, art walks and markets too!

I sound like I am writing his Match.com profile!

I love that man, and I am lucky he is mine!

Here’s to more time off with my Jim!
